Sales Manager

As our Sales Manager, you will be part of an exciting journey ahead where our ideas will be listened to and you will together with our fantastic team be a reason why Nordic Leather will double its revenue.

About us 

We are situated in Uddevalla on the Swedish west-coast where we have cultivated a long tradition of developing and producing high quality leather belts and leather accessories. This is done by combining a large-scale production capacity with a small-scale handcraft production capability and maintain a constant focus on developing new products. 

Our vision is to change the market for leather accessories and provide the global market with attractive leather products, produced in Sweden and with care for man and nature. 

Our customers today can be found on a wide scale in both size and business segment such as HM, Dressman, Fjällräven & Sandqvist

Responsibilities 

• open new business account and develop existing

• drive clear weekly, monthly and yearly CPIs. 

• build deep relationships with leading retail chains and brands globally

 

Experience and Qualifications 

• proven strategical & tactical ability to handle Key Accounts

• proven strong in opening and landing new business

• proven B2B & Private label business knowledge

The location of the position is where the customer is and where you have the best possible prerequisite for success. Care and teamwork are however important for us so meetings in Uddevalla will by that be a part of the monthly agenda.

The position reports into the COO
